Late Arrival Cancellation and Late Policy: Skin Care with Dory charges 50% for Day of cancellations up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within that 4 hour window or don’t show for your appointment time you will be charged 100%. I make every effort to accommodate late arrivals- which means your services will be shortened. After 30 minutes- It is considered “No Show”.  If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Sickness and Family Emergency:  If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness  Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety, my safety and that of other clients.

Gratuities Always a gift and received with appreciation.

Service ReDo or Products Refund/Exchange: If Services have been performed there are no refunds on services. Services: We want you to look and feel great, though: If something happens and you are dissatisfies with your service: Please let Skin Care with Dory know- within 7 days of your service -so that SCWD can correct the issue with no additional charge. Services can be stacked but not traded out unless there is a valid issue.

Product refunds/exchanges must be within one week of purchase and unopened to keep products fresh.
