Late Arrival:  We make every effort to accommodate late arrivals- which means your services will be shortened. After 30 minutes- It is considered “No Show”.  If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

 Cancellation Policy: If you have questions or need to reschedule, please do not hesitate to reach out. We require 24 hour notice for cancel to avoid forfeiting your deposit and incurring cost of services.

Sickness and Family Emergency:  If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness  Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety, my safety and that of other clients.

Gratuities Always a gift and received with appreciation.

Service ReDo or Products Refund/Exchange: If Services have been performed there are no refunds on services. Services: We want you to look and feel great, though: If something happens and you are dissatisfies with your service: Please let Skin Care with Dory know- within 7 days of your service -so that SCWD can correct the issue with no additional charge. Services can be stacked but not traded out unless there is a valid issue.

Product refunds/exchanges must be within one week of purchase and unopened to keep products fresh.
