Late Arrival

I make every effort to accommodate late arrivals- which means your services will be shortened.

Early Arrival

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

The time you schedule is for your exclusive use.  When appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, I’m often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial loss to my business.

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below.  In the event of a late cancellation or no show, the fee is 50% of services scheduled that day. An invoice will be sent via Square.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.

Refunds

No refunds on services.  Product refunds on a case by case basis.  Must be within one week of purchase for consideration.
